In England, and more specifically in the sleepy town of Norwich, a teenaged sex worker was allegedly seen getting into a car on Rouen Road at approximately one-fifteen a.m. on the morning of November 20th, 1992. A little more than two hours later, she would be dead.

A truck driver passing through the area at ten minutes before four a.m. spotted the remains, which were soon found to belong to sixteen-year-old Natalie Pearman. She had engaged in sexual activity shortly before her death, though it is unknown if it was consensual. She had then been asphyxiated.

Police conducted over four-thousand interviews and obtained DNA samples from hundreds of potential suspects, but as of this writing, Natalie’s murderer has not been apprehended. Links to serial killers Peter Tobin and Steve Wright have also been investigated, but have not produced significant leads so far. As of this writing, the case is still open.
