LaTanya Wyatt was a twenty-seven-year-old mother of three who worked as a charge nurse at Chesapeake Health Care and lived in the Arbor Glen Apartments on Silverleaf Drive in Chesapeake, Virginia.
On March 5th, 2000, she was found murdered in her residence, stabbed to death by an unknown assailant.
It is unclear whether LaTanya was sexually assaulted, whether robbery was a motive, or whether she knew her killer. The case is still open and unsolved as of February 2025.
