Sixty-nine-year-old Imogene Humphrey lived in a small, two-story house on Sullivant Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. On Sunday, April 9th, 2000, she was found dead in the basement of her residence, the victim of multiple stab wounds.
It is unclear whether the victim was sexually assaulted, or whether any items were stolen from the home. The Ohio Attorney General’s office is still accepting tips in the cold case, but there have been no updates for more than two decades.
