Twenty-eight-year-old Andre Stampley lived with his wife Kimberly and their six children in Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked in maintenance at the Las Vegas Housing Authority and was a member of the Teamsters.
In the early morning hours of November 23rd, 2000, Andre was spending time at the SRO Club on East Flamingo Road. At approximately three-thirty a.m., shots rang out in front of the establishment. Police officers, who had been in the rear parking lot of the club watching patrons as they left, ran around to the front side of the building, where they found Andre dead on the ground, the victim of multiple gunshot wounds.
Hundreds of people were at the SRO Club that night, but authorities were never able to track down any witnesses who admitted to seeing the shooting. The case has since gone cold.
